Weekly Devlog 34


SCENES

  • Almost finished Scene 12
    • Final part being modeled and decorated
  • Already have a rough model for Scene 13 as well as some ideas for the final boss fight area
  • Transition area:
    • Implemented animation for seeminlgy random objects and sounds

SFX AND MUSIC

  • Made SFX for transition between areas in Scene 12
  • Created and implemented ambience for main part of Scene 12
    • Fade out for when monsters are defeated
    • Looped and sync with another audio that goes right before it

MONSTERS

  • Improved navigation performance on two of the monsters (for some reason one of them still works kind of laggy
  • Fixed chase state triggering 
  • Fixed player detection in one of the monsters
    • Some other unwanted bodies were being detected 

MISC

  • Remade parts of the main theme song
  • Made a lot of textures for these last corrupted areas
