Devlog #3


Been pretty busy over the past few weeks, but I'm back with more updates on Depth Above

GENERAL

  • Fixed posterize/dither effect being cutoff
  • Improved lightning on some scenes and fixed visual glitches related to them

SCENES

  • Scene 2 finished, with the only thing left being the weapon pickup
  • Save Room has been created. I think this is one of the things that took a lot of time since, aside from just the room, I had to model and texture all the props, as well as making the music for it.
  • Scene 3 started
  • Scene 3 will include some lore elements, as it will probably be the first scene to have some actual lore implications

SFX/MUSIC

  • Made music for safe room (BETA)
  • Recorded sound effects for monsters
  • Started ambience for Scene 2

MODELS/ASSETS

  • Added some more decoration assets: Barrels/Grating/Debri
  • Modeled and textured all the props for the safe room
