Last updates before Demo Release - Devlog #9


UI

  • Added 3 different screen effects for scene 4's main gimmick
  • Added modulation functions for those screen effects (fade, pulse effect, image blending...)
  • Created texture for two new documents that can be grabbed
  • Made render for the last puzzle of the demo
  • Added hint showing how to use health items
  • Made settings menu
  • Added texture icon or medkit

SFX

  • Heavy Breathing:
    • As for this one, there are 4 breath samples. They're played at random so that it doesn't feel repetitive
  • Opening/Closing Inventory 
  • Using certain viewmodel
  • Nightstick Attacks
  • Elevator Doors 
  • Grab Item
  • Air sounds

SCENES

  • Made final puzzle of the demo -> Hint and actual puzzle 

  • Scene 4 finished
  • Finished Last Scene of the demo 

MODELS

  • Modeled health pack
  • Animated viewmodel when using health pack

BUG FIXES

  • Animations not working on some viewmodels after re-equipping
  • Missing sound effects
  • Inventory blocked on certain moments
  • Fade-out-in when pressing escape inside the inventory
